For Paris and Amsterdam, the Eurotunnel route is usually comparable in total time and far less stressful for pets because they stay in the vehicle throughout and get a proper overnight rest on land.
Can I fly ahead and meet the driver at the destination?
Yes, this is common. Many owners book a short flight to Paris or Amsterdam and meet the vehicle at their new address.
What if my pet has never travelled long-distance?
We recommend short familiarisation drives, a pheromone diffuser two weeks before travel, and packing a worn item of clothing or bedding. Our drivers are experienced with first-time and nervous travellers.
