Accepted Answer

Yes - Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Hythe, Deal, Sandwich, and the wider East Kent area all qualify for the £565 flat fare. Pickup from further afield (Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells) may add a small distance supplement.

Do you wait at CDG while my pet is checked in for the onward flight?

Accepted Answer

Yes - waiting time at the airline cargo terminal until your pet is formally accepted is included. This typically takes 30-60 minutes.

What if my Eurotunnel slot is cancelled or delayed?

Accepted Answer

Eurotunnel cancellations are very rare (tunnel runs entirely underground, no weather impact). If one happens we will rebook the next slot and adjust the CDG arrival time accordingly.
