Although the route is named "Dover to Calais", we use the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle from Folkestone (10 minutes from Dover Port) rather than the Dover-Calais ferry. This is a deliberate choice for pet welfare: on the ferry, pets are typically required to remain in the vehicle on the car deck without owner access during the 90-minute crossing, and adverse weather can extend journey times significantly. On Le Shuttle the crossing is just 35 minutes, your pet stays in the climate-controlled vehicle the whole time, and weather-related delays are extremely rare since the tunnel runs entirely underground.
We collect from anywhere in Dover (the town centre, the seafront, your hotel, or directly from Dover Port if you're disembarking a ferry), as well as Folkestone, Deal, Sandwich, Ashford, Canterbury and the wider East Kent area.
