Refund Policy

1. Pet Transport Booking Cancellations

Cancellation fees are tiered based on how much notice you give before your scheduled pickup.

2. Refusal of Travel

We reserve the right to refuse transport if your pet's documentation is incomplete or the pet is deemed unfit for travel at pickup. No refund is provided in these cases.

3. Force Majeure

Cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control (severe weather, border closures, strikes) are handled case-by-case.

4. Channel Crossing Tickets

Eurotunnel or ferry tickets purchased on your behalf are governed by the ticket operator's own refund policy, not PetVoyageUK's.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
