PetVoyageUK Ltd (Companies House 17280714; registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA) operates a booking platform for road-based pet transport between the UK and EU/EEA countries via the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle. It acts as a disclosed booking and billing agent for independent transport providers: the contract for the transport service is entered into directly between the customer and the assigned independent driver. Every driver on the platform holds their own DEFRA Type 2 authorisation, commercial insurance and a background check through their private hire/taxi driver licence. PetVoyageUK Ltd also holds a DEFRA Type 2 authorisation (certificate no. UK/REIGA/T2/00116593) under Regulation (EC) No 1/2005. You and your pet travel together in a climate-controlled vehicle with regular comfort breaks; unaccompanied transport is available by arrangement.
