PetVoyageUK — Independent Contractor Agreement (Driver)
By ticking the agreement checkbox in the driver application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Nature of this Agreement
You provide pet-and-owner transport services to PetVoyageUK's customers as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between you and PetVoyageUK.
2. How this Agreement works in practice
You may accept or decline any specific job offered to you, without penalty. You may send a substitute to carry out a booking instead of doing it yourself. You are not required to work fixed hours or a minimum number of jobs, and you provide and maintain your own vehicle.
3. Your status: self-employed or limited company
You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and VAT (if applicable) obligations. PetVoyageUK does not deduct PAYE tax or National Insurance from your payments.
